Our story

Franklin Bread House started as a passion project from a husband for his wife. Using a now 35 year old starter, Franklin, to breathe life into breads so that they may nourish us.

Our ingredients

We value the quality of our ingredients. We use organic bread flours, local raw and unfiltered honey and organic one country origin olive oil, emphasizing their nutritional content to better serve our communities.

We believe our bread is only as good as the ingredients we use.
